Detroit's legendary techno producer brings his futuristic Afrofunk electro-jazz ensemble to WinterFuse. Jeff Mills is a living legend. From his cult radio show as The Wizard in the 1980s, to the founding of techno-collective Underground Resistance, to the launch of his Axis Records. His best-known contribution to the techno world is undoubtedly The Bells, which some believe is the best techno track ever written.
Tomorrow Comes The Harvest was established by Jeff Mills, Afrobeat pioneer Tony Allen and keyboard player Jean-Phi Dary. Together they strove for heightened consciousness through music. Despite Allen’s death in 2020, the core ideas of the project live on. Mills adapted the concept for a trio and introduced Tabla master Prabhu Edouard. The project focuses on musical discovery and transcendence through the fusion of sounds and rhythms. Experience this unique combination of traditions and innovation yourself.
