Porcelain id is the pseudonym under which Hubert Tuyishime (they/them) has been releasing pop music since 2020: a unique blend of lofi electronica, raw folk, deep soul, and poetic rebelliousness, with fearless vulnerability as the only constant.
In February 2024, their debut album Bibi:1 was released, inspired by their move from a quiet village in the Kempen region to the big city. Both the album and all subsequent gigs in the Netherlands and Belgium received raving reviews. It’s high time to get to know this rapidly rising star and their three-piece band up close, just before they start their international tour.
